To compare between Zoro and Sanji it's quite difficult because one fight with strength mostly and the other depends more on speed. Zoro possesses an extreme level of endurance to pain and also uses a sword which basically weapons. Indeed Sanji is a martial arts expert his fighting style is completely based on kicks.
To talk about the present they both got an upgrade to their strength. Zoro got Enma a sword which was the sword a legend used in the past. I am talking about Kozuki Oden, a man who traveled the seas with two of the greatest pirate in the history of one piece. Enma is also one of the swords that claimed to scared/cut the Kaido an Emperor(another sword is Amehabikri).
While Sanji got Raid Suit in his possession even though he doesn't want to use it still to save someone he used it. Not mention both people along Luffy are known as Monster Trio. So who do you think is gonna win?
In my opinion, it is Zoro. Why Only Zoro? The answer to this question is simple even if Sanji gets powerful weapons and others. Sanji is a cook on the ship while his dream is to find All Blue, a place where all the ocean meets where you can find all the aquatic life you can find in the entire world. That's the main reason for this theory. Sanji doesn't want to get powerful to beat anyone but wants to fulfill his dream of All Blue.
Other than Zoro whose goal is to become World's Strongest Swordsman and achieve it, he needs to beat Mihawk. Dracule Mihawk is present Strongest Swordsman in One Piece. So to achieve his goal he needs to get strong enough to beat Mihawk.
Conclusion:
Both of them are immensely strong but their dreams are different. To Complete their dream they need to be strong but one needs to be more strong to achieve his dream. That's the reason Zoro is stronger than Sanji and will win in their battle
